Today I’m sharing my VRAT WALI PANEER KI SABZI recipe with you. Here I’m sharing just the right recipe for your vrat ki thali or navratri ki thali. Serve it with sabudana dahi vada, vrat chutney, vrat ki poori and aloo sabji.

This cottage cheese/ paneer sabzi (sabji) recipe is especially for all my readers who keep Navratri vrat, fasting, and upvas. Also, an excellent recipe to try for dinner on a daily basis for all my sattvic (satvik) food lovers and Jain friends. Enjoy it with kuttu ki poori , rajgira ki poori or singhare ki poori or any other poori made with any fasting flour of your choice!



Ghee/ oil- 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds (Jeera)- 1/2 tsp

Ginger (adrak)- 1 tsp

Cashews (kaju)- 6-7

Spicy green chillies (hari mirch)- 2-3

Fresh cream/ malai- 2-3 tbsp

Freshly ground black pepper (Kali mirch)- 1/4 tsp

Curd (dahi)- 1/4 cup

Rock salt (senda namak) as per taste

Few petals of saffron (kesar)

Cottage cheese (paneer)- 65 gms

Hot milk (garam dudh) -20 ml

Sugar (cheeni)- 1/4 tsp

Freshly chopped coriander leaves (finely chopped)
